You&#8217;ll run your own searches, speak to top talent and build your own desk in the US market, all while earning uncapped commission with top tiers reaching 40%. Realistic OTE is \u00a338k\u2013\u00a348k in your first year and \u00a360k\u2013\u00a374k in your second.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you&#8217;ll be doing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Building a solid understanding of our specialist markets (civil engineering and life sciences) so you can speak to people with confidence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sourcing and matching talent using LinkedIn, job ads and our CRM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Writing personalised outreach that feels authentic (we don&#8217;t do spam here!) and having purposeful conversations with candidates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screening candidates over the phone and video to understand their skills, motivations and what they&#8217;re looking for next<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients and supporting them through the interview process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taking a proactive approach to finding new opportunities for your candidates, building towards managing your own client relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a326,325 base salary plus uncapped commission with no threshold (the same scheme for everyone, directors included, rising to 40% at the top tier)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realistic OTE of \u00a338k\u2013\u00a348k in your first year and \u00a360k\u2013\u00a374k in your second<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 days&#8217; holiday plus bank holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hybrid working, flexible start and finish times, and up to two weeks working remotely or abroad each year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structured onboarding, hands-on coaching and clear progression as we grow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A modern laptop and the tools you need to do the job well (including a new top-of-the-line coffee machine, which our team said was very important to include\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A say in the office Spotify playlist (within reason)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>We&#8217;re looking for<\/strong> <strong>someone who<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actively listens and can hold a confident conversation with highly talented professionals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Writes thoughtful messages that sound human and personal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is resilient and sees setbacks as part of the learning journey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is comfortable working towards sales targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is motivated, willing to learn and open to feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Where you can go<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you&#8217;ve completed your training, you&#8217;ll move on to building your own B2B client relationships.
